Our Policies:

  • Smoking is permitted on porch areas only.
  • We do not accept guest pets for the comfort of future guests in your room. We will be happy to recommend a local place for you to board your pets.
  • One private parking spot is provided for each suite.
  • (We have 3 resident yorkies.) For those with allergies, please note that Yorkshire Terriers are considered allergy-free due to their lack of shedding and dander. Please always be mindful of our three yorkies when entering or exiting the property. They are not allowed to exit the front door or any of the gates surrounding the property
  • The Inn is not suitable for children under 17.
  • Due to the historic nature of the house and for safety of yourself and other guest; BURNING OF CANDLES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

    Check-In Time
    Being such a small Inn, we do not have a front desk, and we need to make arrangements to check our guests in.

    Our check-in times are MondaySunday 3:00 p.m. – 5:00p.m., 7:30 – 8:00p.m. or by appointment.

    Checkout Time
    11:00 a.m. (Unless previous arrangements are made) extra fees will apply for late checkout. Rooms may be assessed for damages and guests may be charged accordingly. Smoking is permitted on the porches and on the patio. Smoking in a guest room is considered as damage due to the expense we incur to remove the odor.

    We will be serving you a multi-course, gourmet breakfast each morning of your visit. Please advise us of any allergies, or special requests.

    Grace Manor Inn is not responsible for loss of any money or valuables. All suites have keys and can be locked for privacy. Also, please make sure that you always take your keys when leaving the property.

    Cancellation Policy
    Payment is refunded, less a $25 deposit, if cancellation is received 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. (Holidays and local special events dates require 30 days notice for cancellation. When the entire Inn is rented for one party, 60 days notice is required.) No-shows, early checkouts or less than the above notices will result in full charge of your scheduled stay, unless we are able to rebook the suite for those dates.
