About Grace Manor Inn
Located just two hours south of Washington, D.C., the Grace Manor Inn provides guests a comfortable and welcoming environment in which to relax and unwind with premium quality amenities, full attention to detail, and superior hospitality.
When you enter The Grace Manor Inn the first thing you notice are the spectacular tall ceilings and the amazing decorative crown moldings throughout the first floor. To the right of the front entrance is the Music room, which features several cozy seating areas and a baby grand piano. To the left of the front entrance is the Front Parlor, which also features several comfortable seating areas. There is plenty of space to stretch out and get comfortable in this 7500 square foot mansion. Through the Music Room the Dining Room can be entered through the stunning 10-foot tall pocket doors, which are original to the house. The Dining Room is also adorned with an original red Tiffany chandelier. Each morning guests are treated to a sumptuous gourmet breakfast featuring 3 courses and complimentary Mimosas and Bellinis.
At the side and rear of the property, guests have access to the beautifully landscaped rear gardens and saltwater swimming pool & patio. Guest can make themselves comfortable in several outdoor seating areas and listen to the cascading waters from our shear descent waterfall as you enjoy a good book in one of the chaise lounge chair poolside.
The Grace Manor Inn offers four suites all appointed with queen-sized beds. All suites feature comfortable seating rooms and private baths.
During your stay, you will also be greeted by the official mascots of the Grace Manor Inn, Cocoa, Bear, and Teddy Schick. For those of you with allergies, please note that Yorkshire Terriers are considered an allergy-free breed, because of their lack of shedding and dander.

Owning and operating the Grace Manor Inn Bed And Breakfast is a dream come true for Innkeepers, Dawn & Albert Schick. Dawn is a personal chef who had her own business prepares evening meals for busy families or for families with special dietary needs. Dawn also co-owns and operates Carytown Cupcakes, a local cupcake shop. Albert holds a hotel and restaurant management degree from Michigan State University and has years of hotel and restaurant management experience, seven of which were owning his own restaurant in Virginia’s Northern Neck. The Schicks live on the Richmond property and are excited to share their beautiful home with bed and breakfast guests and look forward to pampering you with southern Virginia hospitality.
